A thorough home inspection will generally take from two to four hours, and a complete report of the findings will be created. Our report is printed on site, together with color photographs of any areas that may be a concern. The inspection we perform is very comprehensive, and will cover more than 1,600 components and items in the home. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and participate in the inspection, and we take the time to educate the client on maintaining and operating the home properly.
